After a brutal February and early march of snow we finally have beautiful sunshine and much more moderate temperatures. We do hope that as spring approaches we will have more beautiful warm and sunny day in New York.

Today is the 1st of March 2014, the month of February was a very cold and snowy month for the New York city area. February 2015 was the third coldest February in New York's history. I do hope that March brings less of this cold weather it's time to get the spring started in New York city.

Verrazano Narrow Bridge
The Verrazano Narrows Bridge which stretches from Bayridge Brooklyn to Staten Island the huge and robust bridge has two levels and is use daily by thousands of heavy traffic.

Cobble Hill Brooklyn
Cobble Hill is a very family oriented community, it is a very safe neighborhood with lots of parks and restaurants, it is also close to east river so a view of Manhattan can always be seen.
